December 28th will mark the first anniversary of the passing of a dear friend. Two days ago, I received a thinking of you card from Ronnie Viss. Our situation was unique... Ronnie helped me keep a promise to take care of affairs that were made several years before. He handled everything just as planned and provided every assistance possible. The service was perfect in every way. We will be forever grateful.

After my sister and I's mother, Penny, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 10, 2020, we had no idea what to do or who to go through for services. After finding Viss Family Funeral Home and reading the reviews, we chose them. Once there, Ronnie greeted us and helped us get her affairs in order and even helped write an obituary. He was genuine, caring, and took his time with us in this unfortunate event. My sisters and I are very appreciative.
