SFC Ted Lee Bagwell, age 55, of Killeen, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020. Viewing is at 10 am. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, June 1, 2020 at Scott’s Funeral Home of Copperas Cove with burial following at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.

SFC Ted Lee Bagwell was born Aberdeen, WA to Theodore Ledgerwood and MaryAnn Mumm Bagwell on December 18, 1964.  He went to school at Spotsylvania, VA. He married Rosita P. Bagwell on June 1, 1990 in Jefferson, WI. He worked for the US Army for 26 1/2 years.

He was a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and served in the US Army. He received Army Commendation Medal (4th Award) , Army Achievement Medal (2nd Award), Army Good Conduct Medal (4th Award), Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, Army National Defense Service Medal (2nd Award), Global War On Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal (2nd Award), NCO Professional Development Ribbon (2nd Award), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (2nd Award), Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon (2nd Award), Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Expert Infantryman Badge, Parachutist Badge, and the Marksmanship Qual Badge-Expert With Rifle.

Ted is preceded in death by his Son Ashton Uriah Bagwell, Step Father Donald L. Bagwell, Great Grandma Ina Fetsch, and Brother Mark Bagwell.

Ted is survived by wife, Rosita P. Bagwell; children and their spouses, Atinah and Frank, Aharon and Casandra; siblings, Scott Bagwell, Tracy Robinson, Kristina Cabral, Shawnte Ledgerwood, Christopher Ledgerwood, Elias Anderson, Dean Ledgerwood, and Lenzie Lewis; parents, Theodore Ledgerwood and MaryAnn Mumm Bagwell; grandchildren, Tristin L. F. Michel, Tyler John Rios, Tahner Reih Michel, Aleihah K. Guerrero, Xavier John Naputi, Gavin N. Blas, Kaydence D. Blas, Ahrielle J. C. Bagwell, Ahnaleighah J. D. Bagwell, and Ahliyah J. N. Bagwell. Extended Family members, Franshaw Lyn and Gail Frisas Anicas, Franklin and Beverly Frisas, Ivy Pinaula, Roland J. Reyes and Brittany Bouse, Ian Cianciolo and Amy Kunze, Johnny and Jimi Taitano, Ryan and Nicole Garrido, numerous nephews and nieces, and relatives.
