Obituary
Charles Holley, age 81 of Copperas Cove, left this world too soon on the morning of March 17, 2023, with his loving wife Anne by his side.
Funeral services will be held at Viss Family Funeral Home located at 1614 S FM 116, at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, March 28, 2023. The burial will be held at 3 pm at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, where full Military Honors will be rendered.
Charles was born in Newport, Rhode Island to Cornelius and Dominga Ferreira Holley. He grew up and attended school in Newport RI and El Paso TX. Charles joined the United States Army in 1968. He served 24 years, 2 tours to Vietnam, and retired as a Sergeant Major E-9 in 1982.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Anne Holley, three daughters, and loving grandchildren.
